When does the event start?
The Retreat begins on Monday 22nd October 2018 with registration and check in from 2pm onwards. All attendees have full access to the venue facilities once they have checked in. The event concludes on Friday 26th October 2018 with Breakfast. Check out is 12 pm.
Registration / Help Desk will be open 24 hours a day from Monday 22nd October to Friday 26th October 2018. Situated in the Hotel Lobby.
How do I get a Visa ?
Visa acquisition can be done at the Airport in the country or online before travelling. The visa should cost between £10-25 per person. Link to online Visa www.evisa.gov.tr/en/
Where can I book Flights?
You can book your flights via a travel agency or online directly from airlines or search engines such as Skyscanner.com, TripAdvisor, Turkish Airlines etc.
How do I get from the to/from the Venue when I land?
There are taxi’s available at the airports or alternatively you may inform us to book a transfer for you. Once you have booked your rooms for the event, you will receive a confirmation email requesting further details for each attendee and an option for booking Airport transfers. Please note transfers are not included in the price and will be charged surplus after number of people/luggage is confirmed 4 weeks prior to travel. One of our team members will call to confirm details and take payment 4 weeks prior to the event.
What if I want to stay longer or stay in Istanbul before or after the retreat?
You can do this by booking flights or extending your flight to or from the event. Please note that Istanbul has two airports and flights leave from both airports to Alanya and Antalya. Please make sure you are aware of what airport you are travelling to/from and make sure you book or select additional internal flights or connecting flights from the right airport.
